pachislo slot machine one reel gets stuck

The machine on the outside says 'Time Shock Sticky 5' and 'Bonus Chance Big Bonus 777' among other things. I also took a Q Tip and some windex and wiped the inside surfaces of the eye for the joystick. I did a hard reset which was turn off power switch, turn on reset key, turn power switch back on, pressed button on power supply to make sure the number in the window changes from 1 to 6 which it does, then hold down the joystick (nothing happens when holding joystick down to let me know the reset has or has not occurred), then turn reset key back and immediately the alarm starts again, same code. I removed the hopper and dumped it out and made sure no tokens were jammed in there. I verified no tokens are stuck in the acceptor.

also not sure if its related but the coin solenoid wont work. manual hopper test button makes hopper spit out tokens, so id guess thats o.k. setting code e6 on powerup, hopper is full and reset didnt help. When I plugged it in, immediately it went into this alarm mode with lights flashing at the top, 00 displayed in the credit window, and Cr displayed in the win window. looking at a token slot for a guy, its a aristocat double face. Looking for a Replacement Stop Board Model AC1542aP3.

Loaded it up the other night and took it to his house.

That was before we moved it over to his place. Got this one as a gift to my father in law and was working great over a week of being at my house, probably played it a couple hundred times. Any other ideas? Could it be a dirty sensor or something inside the motor not allowing it to index it's position? I cannot find a replacement motor for the life of me, so I think my options are figure out a fix or trash the machine.Hello, I'm new to Pachislo machines. I spent two hours with everything connected jiggling all the wires while it spun and stuttered and could not find the culprit. I think that the motor has to be shot - or at least a connector somewhere is on the motor assembly. Also the red LED on the back of the stepper-motor will not light up like the other two motors. For a short while (2 spins) the reel worked successfully, as if it was a connection issue, then stopped again.

Īlstonj1 - I read those posts, cleaned all connectors, and retried several times. Read the threads and it should help you to understand the circuits needed to get a good spin before the buttons will light for you to stop them. Read this thread and it should help you with stepper motor theory.
